4D Big and Small Forecasts.

When buying 4D in Malaysia and Singapore, you can select if you would like to place it in the Big or Small forecasts or both. Minimum is RM1. If you decide to place a number for both Big and Small Forecasts at the minimum, you will have to pay RM2 in total. Note that Big and Small Forecasts are different in terms of cash prizes.

If you buy on 4D Big Forecast, if your number matches any of the 23 numbers in the results, you will win the cash prize according to the category. But if you buy on the Small Forecast, your 4D number is confined only for the top three prizes of the results. If your 4D number appears in the results of Consolation and Special prize, Small Forecast will not be eligible for the win.

That means that Big Forecast allow the 4D player to have a higher chance of winning while Small Forecast allow the 4D player a lower chance of winning, but Small Forecast offers better prize money.

The prize money for Big Forecast are as follow:

Small Forecast offers higher prize money and is confined within the first three prizes.

That means, if your 4D number is drawn for First Prize in the results, your minimum bet of RM2 for both Big and Small Forecast will win you:

RM2,500 + RM3,500 = RM6,000.

Increase your amount and the prize money multiplies.

You could also take 4D Lucky-Picks at the cashier. At the counter, inform them that you would like to buy a 4D Lucky-Pick number with which the computer will generate a number for you.

Take note that, as 4D is a game of chance, a particular 4D number can be drawn twice in a specific draw, although this rarely happens, but if it does, you are eligible to collect both the winnings as result.
